SCOPE OF WORK :

This long-term partnership encompassed a wide range of marketing materials designed to support admissions, student life, and institutional communications:

PRINT COLLATERAL:

  • Admissions Materials: Brochures, prospectus booklets, information packets

  • Direct Mail Campaigns: Targeted mailings for prospective students and families

  • Event Materials: Programs, signage, banners for campus events

  • Swag Design: T-shirts, welcome packages, branded merchandise

  • Business Materials: Business cards, letterhead, departmental collateral

  • Campus Signage: Wayfinding, event posters, bulletin materials

DIGITAL COLLATERAL :

  • Social Media Graphics: Event promotion, deadline reminders, institutional messaging

Challenge: Print Production Excellence High-volume print production for admissions and events demanded technical precision and quality control. Solution: Established streamlined workflows for print specifications, color management, and vendor coordination to ensure consistent, professional output.
